When it's 4:58, and I'm about to leave for the day? Not my favourite time to suddenly start an hours worth of presentation preparations.
(I have time to grumble online now because the next express bus doesn't leave for seventeen minutes.)
I swear this job pays better precisely because a lack of time on someone else's part now constitutes an emergency on mine.
